About Saniyah

Hi! I’m Saniyah, and I’ve been babysitting since I was 16 years old. What started with caring for my 5th-grade teacher’s child quickly grew through referrals from happy families. Over the years, I’ve gained experience caring for children ranging from 1 year old to 17 years old, as well as helping care for my younger siblings. Every child is different, and I enjoy getting to know their unique personalities and interests. I graduated from Coastal Carolina University with a bachelor’s degree in Recreation & Sport Management and a minor in Public Health. Because of my background, I love planning fun, active, and engaging activities that keep kids learning, moving, and having a great time instead of spending the entire day indoors. Whether it’s outdoor adventures, arts and crafts, sports, games, movie nights, or creative play, I love making memories with the children I care for. In addition to childcare, I’ve worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Medication Technician (Med Tech), and Home Health Care Provider. These roles strengthened my patience, responsibility, communication skills, and ability to remain calm in any situation. I am CPR certified, and coming from a family of nurses, safety has always been a priority. I always keep a first aid kit nearby and believe parents deserve peace of mind knowing their children are in caring and capable hands. Families often describe me as dependable, patient, energetic, funny, and easy to get along with. I genuinely enjoy connecting with kids, encouraging their creativity, and making them feel safe, valued, and excited for each day we spend together. My goal is to provide dependable childcare while creating fun, memorable experiences your child will look forward to.
