About Nimah

Hi, my name is Nimah, and I am a recent graduate of Widener University's nursing program. As the second oldest of five children, I have extensive experience caring for multiple children at once and helping create a safe, supportive environment for them to grow and thrive. In addition to my family experience, I have over two years of babysitting experience working with children of various ages. Through my nursing education, I gained pediatric clinical experience caring for infants, children, and adolescents, which strengthened my ability to communicate with young patients and support their developmental and emotional needs. I also have experience in crisis intervention and de-escalation through my work in healthcare settings, allowing me to remain calm, patient, and supportive during challenging situations. I would describe myself as a fun, compassionate, and easygoing caregiver who enjoys creating engaging and positive experiences for children. I am also happy to assist with light housekeeping and snack or meal preparation. I am currently BLS and CPI (Crisis Intervention) certified.
