Hello! I'm Sharon – a compassionate, dependable, and experienced childcare professional with over five years of hands-on experience working with children of all ages. I’ve served as a teacher assistant in a licensed private school, providing quality care and support for children ages two and up, including kindergarteners. For the past three years, I’ve also worked as a professional nanny, caring for children from as young as three months to thirteen years old. My experience spans infants, toddlers, and school-aged children in both classroom and in-home settings. I have a strong background in supporting children with special needs, including those with allergies, autism spectrum disorder, and various health conditions. I am CPR and First Aid certified, and I’m currently pursuing a dual master’s degree in Social Work and Public Health, after earning my bachelor’s degree in Christian Counseling. I bring an energetic, nurturing approach to childcare, and I love creating a fun, safe, and enriching environment that encourages learning and creativity. I use positive reinforcement techniques to support children’s emotional and behavioral growth and strive to build trusting relationships with families. My responsibilities have included school pick-up and drop-off, light housekeeping, household support, and preparing nutritious meals for children and families.
