About Ryleigh

I am an experienced and dependable caregiver with a strong background working with children of all ages, including those with special needs. As a mother myself—with one daughter and another baby on the way—I understand firsthand the importance of safety, patience, structure, and nurturing care. I previously worked at a daycare where I primarily cared for children ages 2–6, supporting their daily routines, facilitating age-appropriate activities, and maintaining a safe, engaging environment. In addition, I worked at Suncom as a job coach, supporting individuals with special needs in the community. In that role, I helped foster independence, build life skills, and provide consistent, compassionate support tailored to each individual’s needs. I have also coached youth cheerleading for many years, which strengthened my leadership abilities, organization, and positive behavior management skills. I strive to create a fun, structured, and supportive environment where children feel secure and encouraged to grow. I am attentive, reliable, and genuinely passionate about helping children thrive. My goal is always to provide families with peace of mind, knowing their children are in capable and caring hands.
