About Annika

Annika Williams is a 24-year-old dedicated professional with a passion for helping children, families, and communities thrive. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Communications with a minor in Health Promotion and Coaching from the University of Kentucky, where she competed as a Division I track and field athlete and became an SEC Champion. She went on to earn her Master’s degree in Education: Prevention Science from the University of Oregon in March 2025, where she continued her athletic success by becoming a Big Ten Heptathlon Champion. Professionally, Annika has worked with Healthy Moves, a nonprofit organization serving elementary and middle schools by promoting healthy lifestyles and positive youth development. She also gained valuable experience at a Regional Crisis Center, where she supported children, adolescents, and families during challenging times through compassionate, trauma-informed care. Annika is passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of others. She loves working with children, creating safe and supportive environments, and being someone people can trust and rely on. Through her work, she strives to empower others, promote well-being, and leave a lasting positive impact on every individual and family she serves.
