About Rae

Hi families! I am so excited to meet you. My name is Rae and I have been a professional nanny in Australia for four years. During my time abroad, I worked with four families with a variety of needs and wants for their children and overall family dynamic. I prefer a more present approach with children, this means less screen-time and more activities. Whilst working with children, I would experience up to a week with the kids, while the parents worked away from home. Some of my job duties included taking children to speech-therapy appointments, organizing daily activities (including driving up to 45 minutes away into the city), school pick-up and drop-off, cleaning and tidying of the house, cooking nutrient-dense meals, performing farm activities (both with children and without), sitting in a “teacher” role during Covid, and so much more. I was both a live-in and live-out nanny so I am extremely adaptable to a huge variety of family dynamics. One of my favorite things about working with kids is watching them blossom into their unique selves and continue learning and growing.
