About Alora

Hi, my name is Alora! I am from Harrison Ohio and currently 19 years old turning 20 this September. Throughout highschool I played softball, worked at skyline chili, and enjoyed spending my free time sitting for family and friends. I graduated in 2024 and started to pursue a degree in social work at the University of Cincinnati. During my first year of college while living on campus I spent my time working as a teachers assistant at Arlitt Child and Family Research Center. I obtained CPR and first aid certifications while gaining more experience working with children ranging from 2-5 years old. After moving back home, I took online classes and worked as a full time nanny for an 11 year old girl named Tilly. During this time I’ve grown so much experience managing chores, tutoring, preparing meals, planning activities, providing transportation, and ultimately have built a lasting relationship with her and her family! Since she has gotten older, consistent childcare is no longer necessary and I am now hoping to connect with a family where I can support any childcare needs!
