About Layla

I'm a college student and the oldest of 4 sisters, which has taught me a lot about responsibility, patience, and adaptability. I've worked as a summer camp counselor for over four years, primarily with elementary-aged children, and I've also spent years helping care for my younger sisters and family friends' children. I genuinely enjoy getting to know each child's personality and finding activities that match their interests. Outside of childcare, I love reading, listening to music, playing volleyball, being active outdoors, and doing creative activities like coloring, watercolor painting, and crafts. I'm also a huge fan of games, whether that's board games, card games, or even a few video games. I like making people laugh, and kids often out my most outgoing and playful side. I would describe myself as compassionate, dependable, patient, and someone who genuinely enjoys creating positive experiences for others.
