About Melodie

I am located in Biloxi, Mississippi and in Hattiesburg, Mississippi! I have always loved working with kids from when I took care of my four younger sisters and volunteered at our church nursery, to working at camps as a counselor every summer since I was 13. I also have professional experience working with children as a children's minister, daycare teacher for toddlers, and a kindergarten teacher in the public school system. Young children compose most of my experience, however I have worked with all ages and I love to plan activities that will stimulate their creative minds and teach them the importance of good habits. I am in school at Southern Miss for my Doctorate in Music and will gladly help with homework, cleaning, meals, and any specific requests you might need. I’m also certified in Basic Life support including CPR and have a valid drivers license and clean driving record. I can’t wait to meet your family and find out if we are a good fit!
