Hello Parents, I am Retonya. I am a single Mother/Special Education Teacher’s Assistant in Madison County, looking for a regular part time sitter position on weekends. I am not new to child caregiving. I’ve been a caregiver for over 22 years. I have references for proof, if needed. I also have a 5yo son with ASD so I do have experience caring for children living with special needs. I have experience with ages NB-17yo in both: a home setting and professional school setting, ie. public schools, private schools, preschools and daycares. I have Behavioral Technician(RBT)Training. Also looking for other Moms/Dads of SN kids that are looking for support. Would love to link up sometimes for Adult/kid lunch/playdates, if that’s okay with my parents, I’m perfectly fine with it! I believe in community. Everything is better when we all do it together. 🫂 Im always excited to network and meet other parents and potential friends. I’m happy to network with ALL parents, but especially those that can relate to parenting a child with special needs.
