Hi, I’m Erica Eckhart, and I am 21 years old. I am currently attending Minnesota State University-Mankato, where I am a junior and working towards my Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education. I’m a responsible, caring, and energetic babysitter with 8 years of experience working with children of all ages, from infants to pre-teens. Whether it’s helping with homework, organizing fun activities, bringing kids to activities and places they need to be, or sticking to a bedtime routine, I always aim to create a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment for the kids I care for. I am happy to follow any specific rules or routines your family has in place. I genuinely love working with children and understand the trust it takes to welcome someone into your home-that’s why I prioritize communication, respect, and safety. I have worked with many families and have spent my last 4 summers nannying. I also substitute para at elementary schools in my hometown.
