Hi! My name is Nyla W, and I am 22 years old. I am currently a junior in the Elementary Education program at Towson University , where I am pursuing my passion for teaching and supporting children's learning and development. I have over seven years of babysitting experience caring for children of various ages and backgrounds. Working with kids has always been something I genuinely enjoy, and I strive to create a safe, nurturing, and fun environment where they can learn, grow, and feel supported. I love planning engaging activities, encouraging creativity, and planning fun outings. In addition to my babysitting experience, I have experience working with children on the autism spectrum. This has helped me develop patience, flexibility, and an understanding of how to meet each child's unique needs while providing compassionate and individualized care. I am dependable, responsible, and committed to creating positive experiences for both children and their families. I look forward to building meaningful relationships and providing care that parents can trust.
