About Yonae

Hi! 💕 I’ve always had a heart for working with children and helping young people grow. I started babysitting locally in Elkins Park while I was in high school, then became a Camp Counselor with Cheltenham Parks & Recreation. After two years, I was promoted to Camp Director! ☀️ While earning my Bachelor’s degree online, I also worked as a substitute teacher. After graduating, I ran my own After-school College & Career Readiness program for ages 12–14, helping students build confidence, explore their goals, and prepare for their futures. I also worked with Cora Services as a Site Director for Olney Elementary School, supporting children and youth through after-school programming and creating a safe, positive, and engaging environment where they could learn and have fun. 💗 Today, I work as a recruiter/enrollment specialist at a local trade school, helping young adults ages 18-25 explore career and training opportunities. I’m caring, responsible, patient, and energetic, and I truly enjoy making children feel comfortable, supported, and cared for. I’d love the opportunity to help make your family’s life a little easier! 😊✨
