Hey! I'm Crystal, a recent HBCU graduate who genuinely loves working with children. My experience includes mentoring youth, leading student programs, supporting children with diverse developmental and behavioral needs, and creating positive, engaging environments where kids can learn and feel confident. I have worked with kids my whole life whether summer camps, after schools and even day care. I would describe myself as dependable, energetic, and creative. I enjoy arts and crafts, reading, outdoor activities, cooking, and finding fun ways to encourage learning and self-expression. My background in psychology helps me understand children's emotional and developmental needs while building strong, trusting relationships with both children and parents. I strive to create a safe, nurturing, and fun environment where children feel heard, supported, and excited to grow. Whether it's helping with daily routines, educational activities, or simply being a caring and reliable presence, I strive to bring warmth, responsibility, and enthusiasm to every family I work with.
