About Anne

I have experience caring for and supporting children of all ages through both camp and school settings. I worked for two summers at Camp Wonderland as a camp counselor, where each group of campers stayed for a full week. During that time, I was with my campers throughout the day, supervising them, leading activities, encouraging teamwork, helping them build confidence, and ensuring their safety. I also served as a trusted mentor and role model, providing the support and guidance they needed while they were away from home. Since graduating high school, I have worked as a paraprofessional, primarily with elementary-aged students. I support students with a wide range of academic, behavioral, and social needs, including children on the autism spectrum. I assist with classroom instruction, behavior management, communication, and daily routines while working closely with teachers and families to help students thrive. In addition, I have prior EMT experience and hold current Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certifications. This training has prepared me to respond calmly and effectively in emergencies while prioritizing children’s health and safety. I am patient, dependable, and passionate about helping children learn, grow, and feel supported. I strive to create a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment where every child feels valued and encouraged.
