Hi! I’m Katana, and I’m so glad you’re here! I have over three years of professional childcare experience working with children from infancy through preschool, both in a daycare setting and as a nanny. I am EEC certified and CPR and First Aid certified, giving families confidence that their children are in safe, knowledgeable, and capable hands. I believe children thrive with a balance of routine, patience, and play. Whether we’re reading books, spending time outdoors, exploring sensory activities, singing songs, or working on developmental milestones, I love making each day engaging and meaningful while following the routines that help children feel secure. My goal is to be more than just a caregiver—I hope to become a trusted extension of your family. I value open communication with parents, consistency, and creating a positive environment where children feel supported, encouraged, and loved. As someone with a background in early childhood education, I understand the importance of fostering children’s social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through everyday interactions and play. I strive to create an environment where children feel safe to explore, learn, and simply enjoy being kids. I’m currently looking for a long-term full-time position with a family where we can build a lasting relationship.
