Hi! I'm Tamara, and I have been working with children for 15+ years including babysitting, child care programs, summer camp,volunteering, and elementary schools (pre k-5) with students with disabilities as 1:1, class para, and teacher. I speak English and Spanish, love nature, arts and crafts,the color purple, and truly love working with children with Autism. I like babysitting because I enjoy being around children. It's where I feel the most like myself, and because I am good at it. In my free time, I like to spend time with loved ones, read self-help books, write poems, eat out, and listen to music. I enjoy going for walks, laughing,petting our cat Piper, and sometimes just enjoying silence on a rainy day., I value honesty, authenticity, and respect , I believe children learn through play, I embrace the fact that we all are unique and learn in different ways, I love making a difference
