About Ruby
Looking to be a be a team player in your household! I’ve been teaching for the past 7 years and I’m ready to transition to something different! I have experience in a classroom setting working with a variety of ages from 4-14! When I first moved back to Maine after teaching in Boston I was a nanny for 3 children ages 2, 5, and 8 for a year before returning to the classroom. I am passionate about holistic education and meeting the needs of the whole child. I have often been told that I am patient and kind. Children gravitate toward my warm and empathetic energy. I’m eager to continue growing in my knowledge around child development and care and I believe all humans are in a constant groove of learning!
