About Madison

I have always had a passion for working with children. I began babysitting throughout my adolescence, which gave me an early love for caring for and connecting with kids. From ages 18–20, I volunteered at a Montessori preschool, where I gained valuable experience supporting young children in a classroom environment. For the past year, I have worked as an Assistant Teacher at Holy Spirit Episcopal Day School, working primarily with children ages 2–5. This experience has allowed me to grow my skills in childcare, classroom support, communication, patience, and creating a safe and nurturing environment for young children. Working with children is something I truly love, and discovering that childcare is my passion has been one of the most rewarding things that has happened to me. I love getting to know each child's unique personality, helping them learn and grow, and creating a fun and caring environment where they feel comfortable being themselves.
