Hi! I’m Lara, an experienced, dependable, and energetic caregiver with over 6 years of consistent babysitting and nannying experience. I’ve worked closely with one family for 6 years, caring for their three children, who are now 9, 12, and 13, and have loved becoming someone both the children and parents can genuinely rely on. My experience goes well beyond basic childcare. I’m comfortable managing busy schedules, helping with homework and routines, preparing meals and snacks, running errands and grocery shopping, caring for pets, keeping household spaces organized, and generally noticing what needs to be done and taking initiative. I also have extensive experience driving children to and from school, camps, sports, appointments, and activities throughout Massachusetts and Rhode Island, and I have a perfect driving record. I’m organized, responsible, patient, and very comfortable balancing multiple responsibilities throughout the day, while still making sure children feel engaged, supported, and cared for. I enjoy planning activities, getting kids out of the house, helping them stay on top of their routines, and building genuine relationships with the families I work with. One of my favorite parts of nannying is becoming a consistent, trusted part of a family’s life and making parents’ day-to-day routines easier. I’m also comfortable with pets, household care while families are traveling, and would be happy to travel with a family if needed.
