Hi families! My name is Morgan, and I am an energetic, responsible, caring, and attentive person with a passion for working with children! My upbeat and bubbly personality helps me create meaningful connections and provide a safe, fun, and engaging environment for kids. I have experience caring for children of all ages and enjoy helping with homework, organizing activities and crafts, playing games, and maintaining bedtime routines. My goal is always to make both children and parents feel comfortable, supported, and confident in my care. As a college student pursuing a career in medicine, I am detail-oriented, attentive, and committed to ensuring children’s well-being at all times. I understand the importance of communication, reliability, and trust when caring for your little ones. In addition to babysitting, I have over three years of experience working with children of diverse backgrounds and abilities. Through babysitting and volunteer work, including assisting with the Special Olympics, I have worked with children who have autism, Down syndrome, physical impairments, learning disabilities, and other special needs. These experiences have strengthened my patience, adaptability, and ability to provide individualized care that helps every child feel included, supported, and valued.
