About Kate

Hi! My name is Kate, and I have a passion for working with children and helping them learn, grow, and feel supported. Most recently, I worked as a Registered Line Technician (RLT), where I provided one-on-one support to children with autism by helping them develop communication, social, and daily living skills in a positive and encouraging environment. Before that, I gained experience working in childcare centers and classroom settings with children ranging from infants to middle school age. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and am currently pursuing my Master’s degree in Psychology with a concentration in Psychometrics. Through my education and professional experience, I’ve developed strong communication, patience, and problem-solving skills that allow me to build trusting relationships with children and families. I enjoy creating fun, age-appropriate activities that encourage learning, creativity, and confidence while ensuring children are safe and well cared for. I am dependable, compassionate, and attentive, and I strive to create a warm, nurturing environment where every child feels valued, comfortable, and supported.
