Hi! My name is Symone, I’m 21 years old, and I’m currently an Early Childhood Education major at Illinois State University. I’m CPR certified and have been babysitting for about 9 years, with experience caring for children from newborns to 12 years old. I absolutely love working with kids and have experience through babysitting, classroom settings, teaching dance, and coaching. I currently coach a middle school dance team and have also taught dance to children of different ages, so I’m very active, patient, and comfortable keeping kids entertained and engaged! I enjoy playing games, doing crafts, being outside, dancing, helping with homework, and making sure kids have fun while still following the routines and expectations parents have in place. I’m also comfortable with meals/snacks, bedtime routines, and light cleanup. I’m a Christian, and my faith is a big part of who I am. I try to be a kind, dependable, patient, and positive role model for the children I work with. I also love animals and am completely comfortable with pets! I genuinely enjoy childcare and love getting to know each child’s personality and creating a safe, fun, and comfortable environment while their parents are away. 💕
