About Juliza

I have two years of experience working with Right At School, providing after-school care for children in kindergarten through 5th grade. In this role, I supported students by providing homework and educational assistance, implementing age-appropriate curriculum and activities, supervising outdoor play, and ensuring a safe, engaging environment. I maintained open communication with parents regarding their child’s progress and daily activities, managed facility organization and cleanliness, completed administrative tasks, utilized various databases and technology systems, and was responsible for checking children in and out of the program. I also provided emotional and physical support to help foster each child’s well-being, confidence, and positive development. In addition to my professional experience, I have been helping care for children in my own family since I was around 10 years old. As one of seven siblings, I naturally took on responsibilities caring for my younger siblings, which helped me develop patience, responsibility, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for working with children.
