About Brittany

With over 19 years of experience in childcare and education, I am passionate about creating safe, nurturing, and engaging environments where children can thrive. Throughout my career, I have been dedicated to supporting each child's emotional, social, and academic growth while providing exceptional care. I currently serve as a high school educator and have previous experience as a nanny for three children and as a daycare provider, caring for children from newborns through 12 years of age. These diverse roles have given me extensive experience adapting to the unique developmental needs of children at every stage. As an English and literacy teacher, I am especially passionate about fostering strong reading and writing skills. I have also volunteered as a literacy tutor with a nonprofit organization, helping elementary students build confidence and strengthen their reading abilities. I believe that developing a love for literacy early in life provides children with a strong foundation for lifelong learning and success. My goal is to provide families with dependable, compassionate care while encouraging children to grow, explore, and reach their full potential in a safe and supportive environment.
