Hi! I recently moved to Charleston after graduating from the University of Georgia in May and am excited to start babysitting and making connections with families in a new city! I have been babysitting since age 13 and since then have babysat and nannied for children of all ages for many families in both my home town and college town. Most recently, I spent my four years of college nannying for a family with four children ages 9 months, 3, 5, and 7 years old when I started until they were 3, 6, 8, and 10 years old this year when I graduated. I also have worked in the infant and toddler nursery at my church for four years and worked as an After School Program Leader at Downtown Academy, a local elementary school with grades Pre-K through 5th in my college town of Athens, Georgia. I just graduated from nursing school, where I also experienced working with children in clinical rotations at both Piedmont Athens Regional hospital and the Children's Healthcare of Atlanta hospital. I am CPR/BLS certified. I love making strong connections with families and forming relationships with kids of all ages. I most enjoy playing creatively with the kids I babysit through games and crafts and spending time outside. I am comfortable helping with meals, homework, bedtime, pets, and light housekeeping. I believe in building trust with families through clear communication, reliability, and kindness. I want to be someone both parents and kids can count on. I look forward to providing families with attentive, compassionate care!
