About Natasha

I have over 10 years of hands-on childcare experience, beginning at age 15 caring for my nine nieces and nephews of varying ages. Through this, I gained extensive experience with infants, toddlers, and school-aged children, including feeding, diapering, bathing, homework assistance, meal preparation, and maintaining structured routines. In addition to caring for family members, I worked with a private family providing care for a child with special needs. This role required patience, adaptability, and close attention to safety and developmental needs. I am comfortable supporting children with unique behavioral, emotional, and medical needs. I am also a nursing school graduate, which has strengthened my knowledge of child development, safety, basic first aid, and recognizing signs of illness. As a new mom, I have daily hands-on experience with infant care, sleep schedules, soothing techniques, and maintaining a safe and nurturing environment. I pride myself on being dependable, attentive, calm under pressure, and genuinely caring. My goal is always to create a safe, structured, and loving environment where children feel secure and supported.
