About Jokarai

Hi! My name is Jo’Karai and I’m a compassionate and dependable caregiver with a strong background in both childcare and healthcare. I have over 10 years of experience providing paid childcare, along with 6 years of hands-on medical experience working with pediatric and behavioral patients as a Safety Sitter and Patient Care Technician in a children’s hospital. My experience has helped me develop strong skills in safety awareness, patience, and providing attentive care for children with a variety of needs. I’ve cared for children of different ages, including infants and children with special needs, helping with daily routines such as meals, homework, engaging activities, and maintaining a structured and nurturing environment. In addition to my professional experience, I’ve also spent many years helping care for my younger siblings who live with me, which strengthened my natural ability to nurture, guide, and support children. I pride myself on being reliable, calm, and attentive while creating a safe, positive environment where children feel comfortable and supported. I enjoy helping children learn, grow, and have fun while giving parents peace of mind that their children are in good hands.
