About Kenyaly

I have both paid and informal childcare experience working with children in different settings. I previously worked as a Program Assistant at the Boys & Girls Club of America, where I supported children by helping supervise daily activities, assisting with educational programs, creating a safe environment, and building positive relationships with youth. In that role, I learned how to manage groups of children, communicate effectively, and respond calmly to behavioral or emotional needs. In addition, throughout my teenage years I regularly babysat for families in my community, caring for children of various ages. My responsibilities included supervising children, preparing meals/snacks, helping with homework, maintaining routines, and ensuring their safety. These experiences helped me become patient, responsible, and comfortable caring for children in both structured and home environments.
