Hello, Families! My name is Kerrianne, but I go by Kerri for short! I’m 22 years old and have 8 years of experience babysitting and caring for children ages 6 months to 10 years old. I aspire to become a physician assistant specializing in labor and delivery, and my passion for working with children has played a big role in shaping that goal. My love for caring for children began in high school when I took an Early Childhood Education course for two years. As part of the program, I had the opportunity to be a student teacher in my high school’s preschool, where I helped care for, teach, and engage with young children. That experience showed me how much I enjoy creating a safe, fun, and nurturing environment where children can learn and grow. Some of my fondest childhood memories come from the teachers and mentors who made me feel supported, encouraged, and excited to learn. I want to be that positive influence for the children I care for and create the same kind of meaningful, unforgettable experiences for the next generation.
