I have over 5 years of childcare experience working with children of all ages through both babysitting and professional roles. Most recently, I worked as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), where I provided one-on-one support to children, implemented individualized behavior plans, taught developmental and daily living skills, and worked closely with families to help children reach their goals. I am CPR certified, dependable, patient, and passionate about creating a safe, nurturing environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive. While I truly enjoyed my work as an RBT, I am looking to transition into a long-term nanny position where I can build a meaningful relationship with one family and provide personalized, consistent care in a home setting.
