Hello! My name is Zyaire (pronounced z-eye-air), an undergraduate senior psychology student with about 2 years of childcare experience overall, 1 year of consistent paid professional experience. My background includes working as a children's swim instructor, on call babysitter, light pet care, and daycare assistant; caring for children ages 11 months to 10 years old, including children with special needs. I’m CPR-certified, have reliable transportation, and offer support with light housekeeping, pet care, light meal prep, homework help, and creating fun, enriching activities tailored to each child’s personality and needs! Beyond professional experience, I’ve always been hands-on in caring for younger family members, so nurturing and showing up with patience comes naturally to me. I pride myself on being energetic, dependable, flexible, and an excellent communicator. I’m very much so a glass-half-full type of person and love creating joyful environments where children feel supported and free to be themselves. I enjoy spending time outdoors (indoors as well), getting creative through art, fashion, and acting, as well as traveling and educating myself on history and culture! I love making lasting core memories with the families I work with as my goal is always to provide not just care, but genuine connection, trust, and peace of mind!
