Hi! I’m Hilary! I’m currently a junior at the University of Colorado Boulder, studying Speech, Language, and Hearing Sciences, with plans to become a speech-language pathologist. I’ve always loved working with children and have over 5 years of experience babysitting and nannying for families with kids of all ages, from infants to school-aged children. Along with babysitting and nannying, I have experience as a lifeguard, swim instructor, and youth lacrosse coach. I’m also CPR and First Aid certified! My background in childcare, athletics, and education has taught me so much about patience, responsibility, and creating a fun, safe environment where kids feel comfortable and supported. I’m a very active, outgoing, and caring person who loves spending time outdoors, planning fun activities, doing arts and crafts, helping with homework, and keeping kids entertained! I love building genuine relationships with the children I care for and becoming someone both the kids and parents can trust and feel comfortable around. I’m also more than happy to help with school pickups and drop-offs, laundry, organizing, light housekeeping, errands, and anything else that makes a family’s day a little easier. I have reliable transportation and am comfortable with pets! I understand how important it is for parents to feel confident about who they’re leaving their children with, and I always try to treat the families I work with like my own.
