About Hailey

Hi! My name is Hailey, I’m 19 and live in Orange County. I attend Vanguard University of Southern California, where I am majoring in Early Childhood Education, and I am also a member of the competitive dance team. I’m an outgoing, bubbly, responsible, and caring person who loves working with children! I have been babysitting and nannying on and off for the past four years, caring for children of different ages and helping create a safe, fun, and positive environment for them. This past summer, I worked as a classroom assistant at the UC Berkeley Infant Daycare. I helped care for seven children ages 1–2 years old. My responsibilities included serving meals and snacks, helping with nap time, reading books, taking the children on walks, assisting with their daily routines, and, most importantly, playing and engaging with them throughout the day. I truly love working with children and enjoy creating meaningful connections with them while making sure they feel safe, happy, and cared for.
