About Kate
Hi there! My name is Kate, I’m a USF graduate (class of 2025), and now work as an elementary literacy teacher for SFUSD at a local public school. Before my current position, I worked with elementary aged children in a school environment for the past 4 years as an Afterschool teacher, summer school teacher, assistant teacher etc. Outside of the classroom, I have also worked in childcare/babysat children of all ages for the past 7 years. I take pride in my ability to recognize the unique, individual needs of all different types of children and can guarantee safety, kindness, and empathy will always be included with my work (and academic help if needed too!).
