About Hailey

Hi! I’m Hailey! I’m an incoming UC Riverside Psychology student, and my dream is to become a pediatric psychiatric nurse. I’ve always loved being around kids, and getting to work with them is something I genuinely enjoy. I come from a big family, so I’ve grown up helping with my younger cousins and my little sister. I’ve also coached 10U youth softball for the past 3 years, volunteered at my local children’s library where I worked hand-in-hand with little ones through activities and story time, and have babysitting experience as well. Being around kids has taught me patience, responsibility, and how every child is unique. I currently work in retail, so I’m dependable, organized, and used to communicating with all kinds of people. I know how important it is to be on time, pay attention to details, and stay calm in busy situations. I love keeping kids active and engaged, whether that means playing outside, doing crafts, reading books, building forts, playing board games, helping with homework, or making snacks together. I’m also happy to help with light cleanup after activities, meals, or playtime to make things a little easier when you get home. I know trusting someone with your children is a big decision, and I don’t take that lightly. My goal is always to make sure your kids feel safe, cared for, and have fun while you’re away. I’d love the opportunity to meet your family and be someone you can count on whenever you need an extra helping hand!
