About Kaila
My paid babysitting experience was usually for family & family friends. My experiences have always been positive. I've worked with newborns up to toddlers when babysitting. I also worked as an extended care instructor and as a camp counselor. During daycare, I worked with kids ranging in age from t-k to middle school. Further, the kids I worked with as a camp counselor were elementary school-aged. These childcare activities have taught me a lot about conflict resolution, time management, coming up with creative activities, and several other skills that involve communication, patience, and attention to detail.
