I'm a charismatic, arts & crafts loving 22 year old currently in the nursing program at Santa Monica College, with the goal of becoming a dermatology or pediatric nurse. I speak English fluently, conversational Spanish, and have an intermediate knowledge of American Sign Language. With over 5 years of combined experience as a sitter, tutor, and behavioral analyst, I’ve worked with children in a variety of settings. My experience includes one on one tutoring in early reading development and elementary math, overnight nannying for children ages 4–10, three years of classroom experience supporting children on the spectrum and those with behavioral concerns, and afterschool teaching for groups of up to 25 children, from kindergarten through middle school. My love for children and their development originates from my desire for the generation after me to be well educated, both mentally and emotionally, warm hearted and confident in themselves.
