About Riley

I am a 22 year-old college student who just received an AA in Early Childhood Education, and am now working towards a BS in Child Development. I love being a babysitter because I get to spend time with children, doing activities they enjoy and helping them with their homework. I have had experience babysitting since I was around 14 years old, and doing so helped me realize I want to pursue a career in child care and teaching. I currently work for an elementary school's after-school program mainly with third graders, but I also have experience with children 1st to 6th grade. I have a second job during the school year working as a preschool aide, so I also have experience with TK aged children as well. I worked as a lifeguard for 5 years and I have up-to-date CPR and first-aid certifications. I also attend trainings monthly that are designed to refresh my knowledge on health and safety topics. I am a great babysitter because I love working with children, have experience, and can even help contribute with chores or cleaning if needed.
