Hi ! My name is Melanie, and i’m a 20 year old college student currently pursing my education as a pre-PA student. I’m very passionate about medicine, helping others, and making a positive difference, and caring for others has been a big part of my life from a very young age. Growing up, I helped care for my three younger siblings, which gave me years of hands on experience with children and taught me to be patient, responsible, attentive, and dependable. I also spent about two years as a Sunday School teacher, where I had the opportunity to work with children, plan activities, teach lessons, and create a fun and welcoming environment for them. I would describe myself as friendly, energetic, caring, patient, responsible, and organized. I love keeping engaged through games, crafts,outdoor activities, reading, and age appropriate learning while also making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and cared for. I understand that every child is different, and I always try to be attentive to their individual personalities, needs, and routines. I also absolutely love pets, so i’m more than happy to care for furry family members as well ! Whether it’s play time, feeding them, taking them on walks, or simply giving them some extra love and attention, I enjoy having pets around. As someone who hopes to pursue a career in healthcare,caring for others is something I genuinely enjoy and value. I would love the opportunity to become someone your family can trust and feel comfortable leaving their little ones with.
