Paid Experience: I have one year of babysitting experience caring for my younger siblings and family friends’ children. I prepared meals, helped with homework, played games, and made sure the children were safe and cared for. I also have experience working with children through the Boys & Girls Club, where I helped youth with technology and educational activities, and through the YMCA, where I helped create lesson plans and taught children ages 11–13 about different cultures. These experiences have helped me become patient, responsible, and comfortable working with children I worked as a Digital Equity Intern with the Boys & Girls Club of Greater Sacramento, where I supported children and teens by helping them build basic computer skills and use educational technology. I assisted with youth programs, created a positive and safe environment, and worked with staff to help students learn and stay engaged. This experience strengthened my communication, patience, and ability to work with children of different ages.
