About Jaiden

I am a compassionate, dependable, and patient caregiver with experience as a nanny, in-home caregiver, and youth softball coach. With a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, I bring an understanding of child development, communication, behavior, and the importance of creating a safe and nurturing environment for children. As a nanny for the the same family for four years and other families as a babysitter for years, I was responsible for managing daily schedules, meals, activities, and household routines while providing attentive and caring support. I understand that every child has unique needs, personalities, and interests, and I strive to create an environment where children feel safe, supported, and encouraged to learn and grow. I also recognize the importance of maintaining open and reliable communication with parents so they feel confident in the care their children are receiving. My experience as a volunteer softball coach further strengthened my ability to work with children and young people. I enjoyed mentoring youth athletes, encouraging positive behavior and teamwork, and helping children develop confidence and interpersonal skills. Coaching taught me the importance of patience, consistency, positive reinforcement, and leading by example. In addition, my experience providing in-home support has strengthened my sense of responsibility, attentiveness, and ability to care for others with patience and compassion. I am comfortable managing routines, preparing meals, maintaining a safe environment, and providing emotional support. I am dependable, organized, and committed to treating every family and child with respect. I would welcome the opportunity to bring my caregiving experience, psychology background, and genuine enjoyment of working with children to a new family.
