About Ava

As a nurturing childcare provider with about 5 years of experience, I'm passionate about fostering a safe and stimulating environment for children to learn, grow, and have fun. My journey in childcare began through previous babysitting roles, and since then I have been a cheer coach, camp counselor, and preschool teacher. My patient and calm personality allows me to handle any situation with composure. I believe in open and honest communication with parents and follow their preferred method to discuss their child's day and address any issues that may arise. When it comes to enforcing household rules, I am very comfortable doing so in a gentle yet firm manner. I enjoy playing a variety of games with children, including physical games, board games, puzzles, and arts and crafts. I am comfortable caring for up to two children, ranging from ages 3 months to 14 years.
