About Alyssa

Hi! My name is Alyssa B, and I am currently a college student at UCSD majoring in Human Developmental Sciences on a pre-med track, interested in pediatrics. I grew up in SCV and have experience working with two different families (2 kids and 3 kids) as well as some medical knowledge from my time in the VHS Medical Science Academy. I cooked dinner, tucked in, bathed, and played with all children from ages 3-13 since I was a sophomore in high school. I also dog sat for one of the families' dogs. I graduated high school with honors in 2025, and am planning to shadow a Pediatrician this summer, while also working as a babysitter! I also have experience working as a barista at two locations, including becoming a student lead at one, and starting my own photography and videography business. I love kids and have plenty of younger cousins I've looked after. I enjoy baking, playing basketball, singing, photography, and am interested in learning whatever interests the kids, as well as learning new skills to take care of them.
