About Gracelyn

I have over five years of experience babysitting and nannying, and caring for children has always been something I genuinely enjoy. Growing up in a large family, I was constantly surrounded by younger siblings and relatives, which helped me become patient, responsible, and comfortable caring for children of all ages. I am CPR certified, so I know how to respond in emergency situations and always prioritize children's safety. I love being creative and enjoy doing arts and crafts with kids, whether it's painting, drawing, or coming up with fun DIY projects. I also enjoy cooking and baking and love getting children involved in age-appropriate activities in the kitchen, making it both fun and educational. I believe these hands-on activities help encourage creativity, confidence, and learning. I attended a Spanish immersion program from kindergarten through 12th grade and graduated with the Seal of Biliteracy in Spanish. Being bilingual allows me to communicate with Spanish-speaking families and introduce children to a second language through everyday conversations, songs, and activities if that's something parents are interested in. I recently moved to South Carolina from Arizona and am excited to become part of a new community. I am currently enrolled in college pursuing a degree in Business, and I pride myself on being dependable, organized, and caring. My goal is always to create a safe, engaging, and positive environment where children can learn, have fun, and feel supported while giving parents peace of mind. I look forward to building meaningful relationships with the families I work with and becoming someone they can trust and rely on.
