Hi! I'm Lex, and I've been working with kids for years. I actually got my start babysitting my younger cousins when I was around 13, and since I come from a huge family, I was always helping out with the little ones. Those experiences made me realize how much I enjoy working with children. Since May 2024, I've worked at Mobius, where I started as an instructor and have taken on additional responsibilities as a Student Services Admin and Front Desk Admin. Along with supervising children and leading games and educational activities, I'm one of the staff members trusted to help instructors navigate behavioral challenges, assist with conflict resolution, and support day-to-day operations. I also coordinate student check-ins, attendance, field trips, and communicate directly with parents about daily updates, health concerns, and behavioral needs. It's given me a lot of experience creating a safe, positive environment while helping children learn and grow. I'm currently a student at Arkansas Tech University studying Business Management and Digital Content Creation, and I'm CPR certified. I love staying busy, so working with kids is the perfect fit because every day is different. Whether we're playing outside, doing crafts, helping with homework, making a simple meal, or winding down for bedtime, I'm happy to jump in wherever I'm needed. I'm also a huge animal lover, so if you have pets, that's a bonus! I'm comfortable being around dogs, cats, and other furry family members. My goal is to give parents peace of mind knowing their children are safe, cared for, and having fun. I'm dependable, patient, organized, and genuinely enjoy building positive relationships with both kids and their families. I'd love the opportunity to get to know your family and help however I can!
