About Olivia

Hi! My name is Olivia, and I am a senior at Arkansas State University majoring in Elementary Education with a focus on Kindergarten through 6th grade. I love working with children and enjoy creating a fun, safe, and welcoming environment where they can learn and feel comfortable. I am responsible, patient, dependable, and always willing to help with homework, activities, meals, and bedtime routines. Through my experience working with children and studying elementary education, I have developed a strong understanding of children’s needs at different ages. I have experience keeping children engaged through games, crafts, outdoor activities, and educational activities while making sure they are safe and cared for. I am comfortable following parents’ routines and expectations and understand the importance of communication with families. My goal is to make sure every child feels safe, happy, and cared for while they are in my care.
