About Emma

For several years, I worked as a gymnastics coach with children ranging from 18 months to 16 years old. This included leading classes with multiple children at a time, from parent-and-me classes to coaching competitive gymnastics teams. Since leaving for college, I have continued working as a nanny for a family with three children under three, including working full-time during the summers. I now continue to nanny part-time after completing my master’s degree and am also a certified Newborn Care Specialist. Additionally, my experience volunteering at a children’s hospital has allowed me to work with children across a wide range of ages, developmental levels, and abilities. I also have extensive experience caring for children with medical and complex care needs, including G-tube care, epilepsy, and other specialized needs. Together, these experiences have given me a strong foundation in childcare, newborn care, and providing attentive care for children with a variety of needs.
