Hi! I’m Alayah Dozier, a graduate of UAB with a degree in Medical Sociology and Psychology. I’m currently working toward my master’s degree in a related field and work full-time as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in a clinical setting, supporting children with autism and developmental differences. My passion for working with children started early and has continued through years of babysitting for family, friends, and now professionally.
