About Alayah

Hi! I’m Alayah Dozier, a graduate of UAB with a degree in Medical Sociology and Psychology. I’m currently working toward my master’s degree in a related field and work full-time as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in a clinical setting, supporting children with autism and developmental differences. My passion for working with children started early and has continued through years of babysitting for family, friends, and now professionally. As a former collegiate track athlete, I bring energy, structure, and a strong work ethic into every environment I step in whether I’m helping with homework, planning fun activities, or creating a calm and safe space. Families I’ve worked with describe me as reliable, nurturing, and attentive. I joined Wyndy to connect with families who value a sitter that’s not only responsible and professional but also truly engaged in your child’s development and happiness.

She was great. My daughter loved her. She stayed an extra hour because of us getting delayed. Thankful for her help.
