About Emma

Hi! My name is Emma, and I'm a student at Auburn University with a passion for working with children. I have several years of babysitting experience caring for children ages 5–10, and I've had the opportunity to work with kids in a variety of settings. I served as a summer camp counselor at the YMCA, where I worked primarily with kindergarten through 2nd grade, and I was also a counselor at Perimeter Church for 1st and 2nd graders. Throughout these experiences, I've worked with children of all personalities and abilities, including children with disabilities, and I strive to create a fun, safe, and supportive environment for every child. In addition, I served as an Auburn University Orientation Counselor, where I developed strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. I love building meaningful connections with kids through games, crafts, outdoor activities, and helping them learn and grow.
